BICYCLE/TANGIBLE AUCTION

Take notice that in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 14-157, the Chief of Paterson Police Department is authorized and directed to dispose of public auction to be held at 9:00 a.m. October 28, 2006 at the Police Property Room Basement at 111 Broadway, Paterson, N.J., (the back of the Municipal Complex) of said Bicycle Owners of their whereabouts are unknown and cannot be ascertained, or said owners have refused to receive said property.

The Bicycle/Tangible Auction will take place promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Successful bidders must pay cash at the time of sale. All sales are final. All items sold in "as is" condition. The City of Paterson reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in its best interest.

Sale is conducted by Harry M. Cevallos, Purchasing Agent, assisted by Paterson Police Department, Property Clerk.
