EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

The Great Falls Historic District Cultural Center is a facility of the City of Paterson's Department of Community Development. The Center provides a variety of services to educators, students and researchers. Information from the Center's archives are available for review, and knowledgeable staff are on hand to answer questions and assist in research.

Interpretive exhibitions of Paterson history, including photography, poetry and artwork, are part of the services the Center provides. Videos on different aspects of Paterson history are also available for viewing.

A selection of information is made available by the Center and is updated regularly. These include self-guided walking tours of both the Great Falls National Historic Landmark District and the Downtown Commercial Historic District. Also, a self-guided walking tour is available on the public sculpture of Gaetano Federici, which is viewable with easy access throughout the historic and downtown districts.
